Returns and refunds policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period of an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the moment in which a third party indicated, who is not a courier, takes possession of the supplied product.

In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement.

We will send the refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products returned. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.

Return Policy:

To ensure that products are eligible for return, make sure that:

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.
• Products supplied which by nature are non-returnable, for example products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

Products returned

You are responsible for the cost and risks of return of products. You must send the products to us at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products returned lost or damaged in shipment. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without receiving the products or without proof of shipment of the products.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent by email.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the buyer received such products directly, we will send a refund directly to the buyer.
